Store Exchange and Cancellation Policy

Sales Commitment and Cancellations All successful orders placed on Juronix Store are considered final. We operate on a strict No Cash or Bank Refund model. Once an order is processed, it cannot be canceled or reversed for store credit or cash. We strictly facilitate product-for-product replacements under our exchange guidelines.

Standard Exchanges (Customer Preferences) Timeframe: If you change your mind, ordered the wrong size, or prefer a different color variant, you have a 2-day window from the exact date of delivery to request an exchange.
Product State: Items sent back must be completely unused, pristine, unwashed, and feature all original ticketing, tags, and product inserts. It must be sent back in its original outer protective packaging.
Logistic Fees: If the exchange is requested due to personal preference or fit choices, the buyer must bear all reverse logistics costs, alongside the dispatch fees for shipping the newly selected item back out to them.

Transit Damages and Fulfillment Errors Our Guarantee: If we accidentally dispatch an incorrect item or if your product arrives completely broken or fractured due to courier handling, we take full responsibility. The item will be swapped out at no extra cost to you, and we will manage all shipping overheads.
24-Hour Notification Window: To prevent fraudulent claims, any delivery defects, wrong items, or damages must be filed within 1 day of the shipment arriving.
Mandatory Evidence: To authorize a free replacement, you are required to submit clear visual evidence (photographs or a continuous unboxing video) to our customer support team within this 24-hour limit. Issues reported past this deadline will be considered post-delivery damage and will not qualify for a free exchange.
